What is the return policy?
You have 48 hours after receiving the item to ask for a refund, because items are second hand and not brand new. Obviously that is longer if items break or do not work.
How does it work ? Are items genuine?
We source our items from people selling collections, or dead-stock from stores who no longer want to sell those items. We check over all items to make sure they are authentic and in working condition.
When will I get my order?
We take 24-48 hours to ship, however if the item says pre order. It means I have the item in my warehouse but I have not received it to ship it yet. I will never put a preorder up if I haven’t already secured it. It will take 1 week- 1 month for preorders
Where are your products sourced? Why are they so affordable?
our items are mostly sourced from Japan, from independent Japanese shops and individual collections. I only buy second hand and dead-stock so that’s why they are affordable but genuine.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
